歡迎使用「淨水日記」(以下稱「本 App」)。本隱私權政策說明本 App 如何蒐集、使用、儲存、分享及保護您的資料,以及您可如何管理自己的資料。
若您使用本 App,即表示您同意本隱私權政策所述之資料處理方式。

2. 我們蒐集哪些資料
- 帳號資料:電子郵件地址、顯示名稱、登入識別資料、使用者帳號 ID。
- 您主動輸入的內容:淨水器資料、濾芯資料、更換紀錄、備註、品牌、型號、日期、共享成員設定、通知 Email、語言與時區設定。
- 訂閱與付款相關資料:訂閱狀態、方案類型、到期時間、商店交易識別資訊。本 App 不會直接儲存您的完整信用卡資料;付款由 Apple App Store、Google Play 及 RevenueCat 等第三方服務處理。
- 裝置與技術資料:推播通知 token、裝置平台資訊、App 版本資訊、基本診斷或錯誤資訊、IP 位址或由第三方 SDK 推估的概略位置資訊。
- 廣告相關資料:若您使用免費版,本 App 可能透過 Google AdMob 顯示廣告。AdMob 及其合作夥伴可能蒐集與廣告展示、互動、診斷及防止詐欺相關的資料。
3. 我們如何使用您的資料
- 建立與管理您的帳號。
- 儲存與同步您的淨水器、濾芯與更換紀錄。
- 提供提醒通知、Email 通知及共享功能。
- 顯示與管理訂閱狀態。
- 提供客戶支援與回覆詢問。
- 維持服務安全、穩定與防止濫用。
- 顯示廣告與衡量廣告成效。
- 遵守法律義務。
4. 資料分享對象
我們可能將必要資料提供給以下第三方服務供應商,以提供本 App 功能:
- Supabase:帳號、資料庫、後端服務。
- Firebase Cloud Messaging:推播通知。
- Google AdMob:廣告顯示與廣告成效。
- RevenueCat:訂閱狀態管理。
- Apple App Store / Google Play:應用程式內購與訂閱。
- Email 服務供應商:發送提醒 Email。
我們不會將您的個人資料出售給第三方。
5. 本地儲存與離線功能
本 App 支援本地快取與部分離線功能。為了讓您在離線時仍可查看或編輯部分資料,本 App 可能將帳號基本資訊、淨水器資料、濾芯資料、更換紀錄、共享資料快取、通知設定、語言設定及訂閱狀態快取儲存在您的裝置上。當網路恢復時,部分資料會與伺服器同步。
6. 推播與 Email 通知
若您啟用推播或 Email 通知,本 App 會儲存與通知相關的必要資料,例如推播 token、通知 Email、時區與提醒偏好設定。您可隨時於 App 內設定頁關閉通知。
7. 訂閱與購買
若您購買付費方案,本 App 會處理與訂閱狀態有關的資訊,例如是否為訂閱用戶、訂閱方案、訂閱到期時間與自動續訂狀態。付款交易由 Apple、Google 及其支付系統處理,我們不會直接取得完整付款卡資訊。
8. 廣告
免費版可能顯示第三方廣告。廣告服務供應商可能蒐集與裝置、互動、IP 位址、診斷資訊及廣告成效有關的資料。若您為付費訂閱用戶,本 App 可能不顯示部分廣告。
9. 資料保存期間
我們會在達成本政策所述目的所需期間內保留資料,或依法律要求保存。帳號存在期間,相關帳號與內容資料可能會持續保存。若您刪除帳號,我們將依系統流程刪除或匿名化相關資料,但法律要求或技術備份所需者除外。本地快取資料可由您於 App 內清除,或於刪除 App 後移除。
10. 刪除帳號與資料
您可在 App 內使用刪除帳號功能要求刪除帳號。刪除帳號後,系統會刪除或停止保留與該帳號相關的資料,但仍可能因法律義務、爭議處理、防止濫用或備份還原需求而暫時保留部分資料。
您也可透過聯絡信箱與我們聯繫,要求刪除或查詢資料。
11. 您的權利
依您所在地適用法律,您可能享有以下權利:
- 查詢我們持有的個人資料。
- 要求更正不正確資料。
- 要求刪除資料。
- 撤回同意。
- 反對部分資料處理。
- 要求資料可攜。
12. 資料安全
我們會採取合理措施保護您的資料,避免未經授權的存取、使用、修改或揭露。但任何網路傳輸或電子儲存方式都無法保證百分之百安全。

Welcome to “Water Purifer Diary” (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how the App collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your information, and how you may manage your data.
By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Developer Information

2. Information We Collect
- Account information: email address, display name, login identifiers, and user account ID.
- Content you provide: purifier information, filter information, replacement records, notes, brand, model, dates, shared member settings, notification email address, language settings, and time zone settings.
- Subscription and purchase information: subscription status, plan type, expiration date, and store transaction identifiers. The App does not directly store your full payment card details. Payments are processed by third parties such as Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat.
- Device and technical information: push notification token, device platform information, app version information, diagnostics or error information, and IP address or approximate location inferred by third-party SDKs.
- Advertising-related information: if you use the free version, the App may display ads through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect information related to ad delivery, interactions, diagnostics, and fraud prevention.
3. How We Use Information
- Create and manage your account.
- Store and sync purifier, filter, and replacement data.
- Provide reminder notifications, email alerts, and sharing features.
- Display and manage subscription status.
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain security, stability, and abuse prevention.
- Display advertising and measure ad performance.
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. Data Sharing
We may share necessary data with the following service providers to operate the App:
- Supabase: authentication, database, and backend services.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging: push notifications.
- Google AdMob: advertising and ad performance.
- RevenueCat: subscription management.
- Apple App Store / Google Play: in-app purchases and subscriptions.
- Email service provider(s): reminder email delivery.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Local Storage and Offline Features
The App supports local caching and certain offline features. To allow access to some information while offline, the App may store basic account information, purifier data, filter data, replacement records, shared data cache, notification settings, language settings, and cached subscription status locally on your device. Some data may sync with our servers when network connectivity is restored.
6. Push and Email Notifications
If you enable push or email notifications, the App may store information necessary to provide those services, such as a push token, notification email address, time zone, and reminder preferences. You can disable notifications at any time in the App settings.
7. Subscriptions and Purchases
If you purchase a paid plan, the App may process subscription-related information such as whether you are a subscriber, your subscription plan, expiration date, and auto-renewal status. Payment transactions are handled by Apple, Google, and their payment systems. We do not directly receive your full payment card details.
8. Advertising
The free version of the App may display third-party ads. Advertising providers may collect information related to device data, interactions, IP address, diagnostics, and advertising performance. If you are a paid subscriber, some ads may not be shown.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. Account and related content may be retained while your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize related information through our system processes, except where retention is required for legal, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or backup purposes. Local cached data may be removed by clearing data in the App or uninstalling the App.
10. Account and Data Deletion
You may request account deletion using the in-app delete account feature. When your account is deleted, data associated with that account will be deleted or no longer retained, except where temporary retention is required for legal obligations, abuse prevention, dispute handling, or backup recovery.
You may also contact us using the contact email provided in this policy to request deletion or make a data inquiry.
11. Your Rights
Depending on applicable law in your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Withdraw consent.
- Object to certain processing.
- Request data portability.
12. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
