本隱私權政策說明 Poop Together 如何蒐集、使用、儲存、分享與保護您的資料。使用本 APP 即表示您了解本政策所述資料處理方式。

1. 適用範圍

本政策適用於 Poop Together(以下稱「本 APP」)以及由 HC 提供並連結至本政策的相關服務。本政策不適用於第三方網站、廣告、登入服務、商店平台或外部服務的資料處理行為。

3. 權限使用

  • 定位權限:用於取得目前位置、建立地點紀錄、顯示地圖與儲存地點。您可在裝置系統設定中停用定位權限。
  • 相機與相簿權限:用於設定頭像、選擇或上傳紀錄照片。您可選擇不提供照片。
  • 通知權限:用於每日提醒、系統通知、好友互動、競賽或服務訊息。您可在 APP 或系統設定中關閉通知。
  • 網路權限:用於登入、資料同步、雲端儲存、廣告、分析與推播服務。

4. 我們如何使用資料

  • 提供、維護、同步與改善本 APP 功能。
  • 建立排便紀錄、統計圖表、日曆、地圖、成就、競賽與排行榜。
  • 執行您的隱私設定,管理公開、好友可見或私人內容。
  • 處理登入、帳號安全、防止濫用、偵測異常與維護服務穩定。
  • 傳送您啟用或合理期待的通知,例如每日提醒、好友互動、競賽或系統通知。
  • 顯示廣告、衡量廣告成效、分析服務使用情形與改善使用體驗。
  • 回覆客服、處理帳號刪除、資料請求、申訴或法律要求。

5. 法律基礎

我們處理個人資料的法律基礎可能包括:履行與您之間的服務契約、取得您的同意、遵守法律義務、保護您或他人的重要利益,以及基於提供、維護、保護與改善服務的合法利益。若法律要求同意,您可依本政策或裝置設定撤回同意,但撤回不影響撤回前處理的合法性。

6. 分享與揭露資料

我們不會出售您的個人資料。我們可能在下列情況分享或揭露資料:

7. 第三方服務

本 APP 可能使用 Firebase、Supabase、Google Sign-In、Sign in with Apple、Google Mobile Ads、Branch、地圖與定位服務、推播服務、分析與雲端儲存服務。這些第三方可能依其政策蒐集或處理資料。建議您閱讀相關第三方的隱私權政策與服務條款。

8. 廣告

本 APP 可能透過 Google Mobile Ads 或其他廣告服務顯示廣告。廣告服務可能使用裝置資訊、廣告識別碼、概略位置、廣告互動與其他資料,以提供、限制、衡量或改善廣告。您可透過裝置系統設定管理廣告識別碼或個人化廣告偏好。

9. 資料保存

我們會在提供服務、維持帳號、達成本政策所述目的、遵守法律、處理爭議、維護安全或執行合法權利所必要期間保存資料。當資料不再需要時,我們會刪除、匿名化或依備份週期安全隔離。因備份、系統紀錄或法律要求,資料刪除可能需要合理處理時間。

10. 帳號刪除

您可透過 APP 內提供的帳號刪除功能申請刪除帳號。刪除帳號後,您的帳號資料與可刪除的個人內容將依服務流程移除或匿名化。部分資料可能因法律義務、資安、防詐、爭議處理、備份週期、匿名統計或合法營運目的而在必要期間內保留。

11. 您的選擇與權利

  • 您可在 APP 中檢視或更新部分帳號資料、隱私設定、提醒設定與語言設定。
  • 您可在裝置系統設定中管理定位、相機、相簿、通知與廣告偏好。
  • 您可要求存取、更正、刪除、限制處理或取得您的個人資料副本,但相關權利可能受所在地法律、身分驗證、技術限制與合法保留原因影響。

12. 資料安全

我們採取合理的技術與組織措施保護資料,例如登入驗證、權限控制、雲端服務安全機制、傳輸保護與必要的存取限制。然而,任何網路傳輸或電子儲存方式都無法保證百分之百安全。請妥善保護您的帳號、裝置與登入憑證。

13. 跨境傳輸

本 APP 使用的雲端、分析、廣告、推播或登入服務可能在您所在地以外的國家或地區處理資料。使用本 APP 即表示您了解資料可能依本政策被跨境傳輸、儲存與處理,並受當地法律規範。

14. 兒童與未成年人

本 APP 並非專為兒童設計。若您未達所在地法律規定的成年年齡,請在父母或法定監護人同意與監督下使用本 APP。若我們得知未經必要同意而蒐集未成年人資料,將依適用法律採取合理措施處理。

This Privacy Policy explains how Poop Together collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your information. By using the App, you understand the data practices described in this Policy.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to Poop Together (the "App") and related services provided by HC that link to this Policy. It does not apply to third-party websites, ads, sign-in services, app stores, or external services that process data under their own policies.

3. Permissions

  • Location: Used to obtain your current location, create location-based records, display maps, and save places. You can disable location permission in your device settings.
  • Camera and Photos: Used to set a profile image and select or upload record photos. You may choose not to provide photos.
  • Notifications: Used for daily reminders, system notifications, friend interactions, competition updates, and service messages. You can disable notifications in the App or device settings.
  • Network: Used for sign-in, data synchronization, cloud storage, ads, analytics, and push notification services.

4. How We Use Information

  • Provide, maintain, synchronize, and improve the App.
  • Create bowel movement records, charts, calendars, maps, achievements, competitions, and leaderboards.
  • Apply your privacy settings and manage public, friends-only, or private content.
  • Handle sign-in, account security, abuse prevention, anomaly detection, and service reliability.
  • Send notifications you enable or reasonably expect, such as daily reminders, friend interactions, competition updates, or system notices.
  • Display ads, measure ad performance, analyze service usage, and improve user experience.
  • Respond to support requests, account deletion requests, data requests, complaints, or legal obligations.

5. Legal Bases

Our legal bases for processing personal information may include performing our service contract with you, your consent, compliance with legal obligations, protecting vital interests, and legitimate interests in providing, maintaining, protecting, and improving the service. Where consent is required by law, you may withdraw it through this Policy or device settings, but withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

6. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share or disclose information in the following situations:

  • At your direction or according to your settings: such as public records, friends-only content, competition rankings, share links, or content you actively send.
  • Service providers: such as cloud databases, authentication, storage, push notifications, analytics, advertising, deep links, diagnostics, and support tools.
  • Third-party sign-in and platforms: such as Google, Apple, App Store, Google Play, or device operating system providers.
  • Legal and safety reasons: to comply with laws, court orders, government requests, protect rights, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, or maintain service security.
  • Business transfers: if there is a merger, acquisition, asset transfer, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as reasonably necessary.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may use Firebase, Supabase, Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, Google Mobile Ads, Branch, maps and location services, push notification services, analytics, and cloud storage. These third parties may collect or process information under their own policies. We encourage you to review their privacy policies and terms.

8. Advertising

The App may display ads through Google Mobile Ads or other advertising services. Ad services may use device information, advertising identifiers, approximate location, ad interactions, and other data to deliver, limit, measure, or improve ads. You can manage advertising identifiers or personalized advertising preferences through your device settings.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain accounts, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with law, resolve disputes, maintain security, or enforce legal rights. When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it according to backup cycles. Deletion may take a reasonable period due to backups, system logs, or legal requirements.

10. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion through the account deletion feature provided in the App. After deletion, your account information and deletable personal content will be removed or anonymized according to the service process. Some information may be retained as necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, backup cycles, anonymous statistics, or legitimate operational purposes.

11. Your Choices and Rights

  • You can view or update certain account information, privacy settings, reminder settings, and language settings in the App.
  • You can manage location, camera, photos, notifications, and advertising preferences in your device settings.
  • You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy of your personal information, subject to local law, identity verification, technical limitations, and lawful retention reasons.

12. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, such as authentication, access controls, cloud service security features, transmission protection, and access limitations where appropriate. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. Please protect your account, device, and login credentials.

13. International Transfers

Cloud, analytics, advertising, push notification, and sign-in services used by the App may process information in countries or regions outside where you live. By using the App, you understand that information may be transferred, stored, and processed across borders under this Policy and applicable local laws.

14. Children and Minors

The App is not designed specifically for children. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor without required consent, we will take reasonable steps under applicable law.

15. Health Data Notice

Bowel movement records, photos, notes, locations, and health-related descriptions may be sensitive. Please carefully choose what you record, upload, and share, and use the privacy settings. The App does not provide medical advice, and your records should not replace diagnosis or treatment by medical professionals.

16. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page or in the App with a new effective date. If material changes require your consent by law, we will obtain consent as required.
