1. 適用範圍
本隱私權政策適用於 MathDuel 行動應用程式、其內嵌網頁內容、相關功能、內購機制與廣告服務。
2. 我們可能蒐集的資訊
- 遊戲資料與本機紀錄，例如關卡進度、遊戲設定、暫存內容與最後更新時間。
- 交易相關資訊，例如內購商品識別碼、價格、幣別、購買狀態與商店回傳結果。
- 廣告與裝置相關資訊，例如廣告請求所需的裝置資訊、IP 位址、Cookie 或類似技術資訊，該等資訊可能由第三方廣告服務提供者蒐集。
- 基本技術資訊，例如作業系統、應用程式版本、網路連線狀態與錯誤診斷所需資訊。
3. 我們如何使用資訊
- 提供與維持遊戲功能，包括讀取與保存遊戲進度。
- 處理內購商品顯示、購買流程與購買結果通知。

4. 帳號與登入
本 APP 目前不提供會員註冊、登入帳號或雲端同步功能。你在 APP 內的大部分資料將保存在你的裝置本機，而不會建立個人帳號資料庫。
5. 廣告與第三方服務
本 APP 目前可能使用下列第三方服務，其各自的隱私權政策將另外適用：
- Google Mobile Ads / AdMob（目前以非個人化廣告為主）
- Google Ad Manager 或其他網頁廣告供應機制（如後續啟用）
- Apple App Store / Google Play 內購服務
- WebView 內嵌內容與相關網路資源載入服務
第三方服務供應商可能依其政策蒐集、處理與保存資料，我們建議你一併查閱該等服務的官方隱私說明。
6. 資料保存、刪除與安全
部分資料會保存在你的裝置本機儲存空間，以便保留遊戲進度與設定。若你希望刪除這些資料，可透過刪除 APP 的方式移除本機保存內容。由於本 APP 目前不提供帳號系統，刪除 APP 通常也代表移除本 APP 可控制範圍內的本地資料。我們會採取合理措施保護資料安全，但任何網路傳輸或電子儲存方式都無法保證絕對安全。
7. 未成年人使用
本 APP 的主要對象為一般使用者，並非專為兒童設計。若未成年人使用本 APP，建議由家長或監護人協助了解本政策內容與使用情形。
8. 你的權利
- 你可以透過刪除 APP 或清除裝置本機資料，移除部分本地遊戲資料。
- 你也可以依適用法律要求查詢、閱覽、更正或刪除我們可控範圍內的個人資料。
- 若涉及第三方廣告、支付或平台資料，可能需直接向相關服務供應商提出請求。

This Privacy Policy applies to the MathDuel mobile application, its embedded web content, related features, in-app purchase flows, and advertising services.
2. Information We May Collect
- Gameplay and local records, such as level progress, game settings, cached content, and update timestamps.
- Transaction-related information, such as product identifiers, prices, currencies, purchase status, and store purchase results.
- Advertising and device-related information, such as device data, IP address, cookies, or similar technologies used for ad requests, which may be collected by third-party advertising providers.
- Basic technical information, such as operating system, app version, network status, and information needed for troubleshooting.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide and maintain gameplay features, including reading and saving game progress.
- To display in-app products, process purchases, and notify users about purchase results.
- To display and manage advertisements and evaluate advertising performance.
- To improve app stability, debug issues, detect abnormal activity, and enhance user experience.
- To comply with applicable law, platform rules, and payment service requirements.
4. Accounts and Sign-In
This app currently does not provide member registration, account sign-in, or cloud sync. Most user data in the app is stored locally on the device rather than in a user account database.
5. Advertising and Third-Party Services
This app may use the following third-party services, each of which may have its own privacy policy:
- Google Mobile Ads / AdMob, currently used primarily for non-personalized ads
- Google Ad Manager or other web advertising delivery mechanisms if enabled later
- Apple App Store / Google Play in-app purchase services
- WebView-based embedded content and related network resource loading
Third-party service providers may collect, process, and store data under their own policies. We recommend reviewing their official privacy disclosures as well.
6. Data Retention, Deletion, and Security
Some information may be stored locally on your device so that game progress and settings can be retained. If you want to remove such data, you may do so by deleting the app. Because this app currently does not provide an account system, deleting the app will generally remove the locally stored data within the app's controllable scope. We take reasonable steps to protect data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Use by Minors
This app is intended for general users and is not specifically designed for children. If a minor uses this app, parents or guardians should help them understand this policy and supervise use where appropriate.
8. Your Rights
- You may remove some locally stored gameplay data by deleting the app or clearing local app data on your device.
- Where required by applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data under our control.
- Requests involving advertising, payment, or platform-managed data may need to be directed to the relevant third-party provider.
